UK Drainage Services provides domestic and commercial drainage services including, but not limited to:

Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information purposes. The specific scope of work will be agreed with you before any service is carried out.

Our domestic drain unblocking service is offered at a fixed fee. This means:

• The price quoted is the price you pay — no hidden extras
• No call-out charges apply
• No hourly rates — we work until the job is done
• If we cannot resolve the blockage using our standard equipment, we will advise you of any additional work required and provide a separate quote before proceeding

Prices for other services (CCTV surveys, drain repairs, commercial work, etc.) will be quoted on a case-by-case basis before work begins. All prices include VAT where applicable.

When you book a service with us, you are entering into a contract for the provision of that service. We will make every effort to attend at the agreed date and time. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We do not charge cancellation fees for standard domestic work, provided reasonable notice is given.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. For larger commercial projects, we may agree staged payment terms in advance.

We carry public liability insurance and will take all reasonable care when carrying out work on your property. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing defects in your drainage system that are discovered during or after our work
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work is to be carried out
• Inform us of any known hazards, underground services, or relevant property details
• Ensure you have the authority to request work on the property in question
