Why do you use tractors and tankers instead of road tankers?

Festival and event welfare units are usually spread across grass and soft ground that a heavy road tanker can't safely reach — and would churn up. Tractor-mounted vacuum tankers give us the traction and reach to service every unit across the whole site without damaging the ground.

What do you actually service at an event?

Temporary toilets, welfare units and portable toilets, plus grey water and waste water from bars, catering and shower blocks. We also pump away surface and standing water to keep the site usable, and we're on standby for blockages and overflows throughout.

Do you work overnight?

Yes. The bulk of servicing is done overnight and in the early hours when the site is quiet and the public are least affected, with crews on call around the clock for anything urgent during show hours.

Is the waste disposed of legally?

Always. We are licensed waste carriers and provide full waste transfer documentation for every load, with all waste taken to permitted disposal facilities — so your duty of care and the landowner's environmental requirements are fully covered.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. Event drainage takes planning — access, unit numbers, servicing schedules and RAMS all need agreeing in advance — so the sooner you get in touch with your event details, the better we can resource it.

Pre-event planning & site survey

Before the event we walk the site, map access routes, welfare locations and drainage points, and agree a servicing schedule. We produce task-specific RAMS and coordinate with your event safety team so everything is signed off before gates open.

Mobilise the right units

We bring the tractor-and-tanker combinations sized to your event — the tractors let us get to units parked on grass and soft ground that a road tanker simply can't reach. We're on site and ready before the crowds arrive.

Scheduled servicing, day and night

Toilets and welfare units are emptied on a daily cycle, usually overnight or early morning when the site is quiet. We remove grey water and waste water from bars, catering and showers, and pump away any standing water so the ground stays usable.

Standby & rapid response
