Collapsed Pipe Repair — Community Centre
Repaired a partially collapsed pipe at a community centre using robotic cutting and patch lining where excavation was impossible due to the pipe's location.
The Challenge
A community centre had a partially collapsed pipe causing drainage issues. Due to the location of the defective pipework beneath the building, excavation to carry out a traditional repair was not possible.
Our Solution
We used our robotic cutter to cut open the defect from inside the pipe, preparing the area for a localised patch repair. A structural patch liner was then installed to seal the defect and restore the pipe's structural integrity. Our jet vac then cleaned the line of all debris.
The Result
The collapsed section was permanently repaired without any excavation. The structural patch liner restored full flow and integrity to the pipe. The community centre was able to continue operating throughout the repair with no disruption.
