Planned Maintenance — McDonald's
Out-of-hours planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for McDonald's, keeping their drainage running smoothly without disrupting trading.
The Challenge
McDonald's required planned preventative maintenance on their drainage system. As a 24-hour restaurant, the work needed to be carried out out of hours to avoid any disruption to trading or inconvenience to customers.
Our Solution
Our team attended site out of hours to carry out a full planned maintenance clean of all drainage lines. High-pressure jetting was used to clear grease and food waste build-up typical of fast-food restaurant drainage systems.
The Result
All drainage lines were left clean and free-flowing, reducing the risk of emergency blockages during busy trading periods. The PPM was completed without any disruption to the restaurant's operations.
