Full Site Jet Clean & CCTV — Stepps Services, Scotland
Full site jet clean and CCTV survey of the drainage system at a new-build EG on the move forecourt in Stepps, Scotland — verifying every line was clear before the tarmac was laid and the site handed over.
The Challenge
A new-build EG on the move petrol filling station at Stepps, near Glasgow, needed its entire drainage system verified as clear and fully functional before the final tarmac surface was laid and the site handed over. Any blockage or defect found after surfacing would mean digging up brand-new tarmac — so it had to be right first time.
Our Solution
Our team travelled to Scotland with a jet vac tanker to carry out a full-site high-pressure jet clean of every drainage run, removing the construction debris, silt and cement washout left behind by the build. We then ran a full CCTV drain survey across the site to confirm every line was clear, correctly laid and flowing as it should, documenting the condition for the client's handover records.
The Result
The complete drainage system was confirmed clear and fully operational ahead of surfacing — giving the client the confidence to lay the final tarmac and complete handover with no risk of having to dig it back up. Another new-build forecourt delivered clean, clear and signed off.
